Mike Dickman, Managing Director, started his career in telecoms as a test engineer at the Automatic Telephone and Electric Company on Edge Lane in Liverpool in 1965.
He moved upwards to become a Service Engineer at Plessey Communication Systems and then on to Thorn Ericsson Telecommunications where he became Regional Sales Manager.
In 1987 Mike took his 20 years experience and set up Norgate Telecom Services.

Norgate customers are looking for the installation and maintenance of telephone systems; cabling schemes for phones and computers and project management for office moves.
The Norgate team consists of Ian Dickman (System Sales), Julie Jackson (Office Manager) and several geographically based teams of quality Installation Engineers whose hard work and effort have enhanced Norgate’s reputation considerably.
